Hooked on knitting get ready to knit one purl one to raise money for loved ones affected by cone cancer. Whether you’re a grand knit master or just casting on, we invite you to join in this month-long challenge.

Knit for 30 Minutes Every Day this November

This November, we’re inviting creative crafters to pick up your knitting needles and join us in a heart warming challenge to support loved ones affected by bone cancer. Whether you’re a seasoned knitter or just starting out, by dedicating just 30 minutes each day to knitting, crocheting or crafting your participation will help raise awareness and funds for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Get involved:

  1. Sign up: Register to get your FREE tote bag to store your creations, as well as your challenge fundraising pack.
  2. Set up your JustGiving Page: Follow the link to set up your fundraising page with JustGiving here.
  3. Meet your knitting community: Connect with fellow crafters and get support from our dedicated fundraising team while in our closed Facebook group. Join the group! Look out for prize draw competitions in the Facebook group too!
  4. Fundraise: Share your challenge on social media and with friends and family to gather support and donations! Use our hashtag #KnitForACure. When you raise £75 we will send you an iconic BCRT orange T-shirt, if you reach the £150 target you will receive a bespoke medal, everyone will receive a digital certificate to show off to all your supporters!
  5. Ready steady Knit: Get crafting and complete 30 minutes of knitting every day this November.
