On 17 September 2017 15 riders from Atrium Underwriters took on a 54 mile journey to raise money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
We were chosen as one of three cancer charities that Atrium now support so as to address the three main areas of concern; research, treatment and support.
Alongside a fixed wheel bike, a borrowed bike, a new bike and some 'drop dead gorgeous bikes' was none other than a 23kg Boris Bike (complete with 3 gears!).
Every single rider (namely Andrew W, Andrew J, Ashley, Bradley, Carrie, Chris, James, Kathy, Michael, Nick, Ollie, Paul, Steve, Tabby and Will) reached their own personal fundraising goal and their team goal was well surpassed thanks to Team Atrium donations. The group have now raised over £10,000; a truly remarkable sum!
