Annabel Frechou is raising vital funds for our life-saving research by losing her lovely lockdown locks!

Annabel’s sister, Abigail, was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma in 2019, age 9. Annabel has been by her sister’s side throughout, offering support and giving much needed hugs. She’s now decided to take on a BIG haircut to raise funds for Abigail’s Ambition, a Special Fund of the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Annabel will also be donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust which provides free real hair wigs to children and young people.

Kate Connor, Community Fundraising Manager at the Bone Cancer Research Trust, said:

Annabel is such a superstar! We truly rely on supporters, like Annabel, who take on incredible fundraising activities like this to raise vital funds. Her determination to make sure no other child has to go through what her big sister went through is so commendable and on behalf of everyone at the Bone Cancer Research Trust and future patients we really can’t thank her enough.
