Phoebe’s Godmother, Catherine Harris, is a teacher at Floreat Montague Park Primary School. Catherine decided to organise ‘Phoebe’s Day’ to raise vital funds in support of her goddaughter, Phoebe, who is currently under going treatment for osteosarcoma. Phoebe was diagnosed in November 2020, with osteosarcoma in her leg at just 12-years-old. Now, April 2021 Phoebe has just finished cycle 3 of chemotherapy and has 3 cycles left.
The school were fundraising all week by collecting at the gates and on the final day of term, before Easter, they held lots of fun-filled fundraising activities throughout the day!

Kate Connor, Community Fundraising Manager at the Bone Cancer Research Trust, said:
We can't thank the school and everyone who was involved enough, they raised an incredible £1,053.79 of life-saving funds and looked to have a great time whilst doing so too!
