Who can apply?

Children, teenagers and young adults (up to 25 years) UK residents receiving treatment or follow-up care for a primary bone cancer or tumour.

Aged 18 or up? Apply yourself.

Aged 17 or under? A parent or carer can apply for you.

How to claim your voucher:

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a Request – Simply fill out this Microsoft form in full. If you are unsure about any of the fields, please email [email protected].
  2. Verifying Your Details – The Support & Information Team will process and verify your details. For us to do this, it's really important that you include the name and email address of a Health Care Professional that can verify your primary bone cancer or tumour diagnosis.
  3. Receive Your Voucher – Once your request has been processed, we will send your £20 voucher via email. Please check any junk or spam folders.
  4. Enjoy a Moment of escape – Visit an Odeon cinema or a local theatre to you for some relaxation.
