In honour of #TYAMonth, we are offering £10 Costa Coffee vouchers to teenage and young adult patients as a gesture of care and support.
We understand the physical and mental toll that bone cancer can have on patients and their families, and sometimes, a simple coffee break can bring a moment of comfort.
Who is eligible?
If you are aged 13 to 25 and you are currently undergoing treatment for or receiving follow-up care for primary bone cancer or tumour, you can claim a voucher.
If you are aged 18 or under, a parent or guardian can apply for a voucher on your behalf.
How to claim your voucher:
Please follow the steps below:
- Submit a Request – Simply fill out the form on this page in full. If you are unsure about any of the fields, please email support@bcrt.org.uk
- Verifying Your Details – The Support & Information Team will process and verify your details
- Receive Your Voucher – Once your request has been processed, we will send your £10 voucher via email. Please check any junk or spam folders
- Enjoy a Moment of Comfort – Visit any Costa Coffee location in the UK and enjoy a well-deserved break with your favourite drink or treat.
