Yes, you can update or amend an existing Will.

If you already have a Will and would like to add a gift to the Bone Cancer Research Trust, your solicitor or Will writer can update it.

Alternatively, you can make a completely new Will for free to replace your existing Will and can use our Free Will Writing Service. Remember to destroy your old Will to avoid any confusion.

Yes, you can leave your gift to a Special Fund of the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Let your solicitor know the name of the Special Fund you wish to support. Your solicitor can advise you on suitable wording to ensure that your gift is used as intended.

Any gifts left to charities, including the Bone Cancer Research Trust, are exempt from tax.
